About HashiConf DigitalHashiConf is HashiCorp's technical event with deep-dive sessions, product updates, hands-on training, time with HashiCorp engineers and social events with the cloud infrastructure community.HashiConf Digital takes place on October 12-15, 2020 during US West Coast daytime hours (PT). Do you have a story about cloud infrastructure, security, scalability, multi-cloud, emerging patterns around serverless and service mesh? Or a story about the organizational and human impact of technology? We'd like to hear from you! HashiConf Digital is focused on delivering highly technical content about our products, as well as customer implementation stories that show how HashiCorp products are being used in the field by our customers, partners and community.Talks do not have to be exclusively about HashiCorp products, and we'd love to hear your war stories, how you learned from your failures, and what you'd do better in hindsight.Session pre-recording or live-streamingAs this is a virtual event, we will be pre-recording or live-streaming your talk. Together, we'll decide what is best for your session. Depending on that choice, there will be a number of pre-event meetings to go over technical aspects, do a dry-run and record the video. These meetings will take an hour or more each time in the weeks before the event. If you're pre-recording, you'll be answering questions from the audience live, as they watch your talk.In the technical check, we will go over the technical aspects of recording or streaming your talk. In the dry-run we'll help you become familiar with the process and logistics of delivering a talk virtually. We understand that we do require you to invest a lot of time in delivering your talk. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us via email@example.com.Session selectionAll talks will be voted upon anonymously (only abstracts and titles will be seen) to avoid selection bias by a team of HashiCorp employees. Please commit to following our code of conduct before submitting your proposal.Inclusivity and accessibilityWe strive to make HashiConf an accessible and inclusive event. This includes additional support for our lineup of speakers where needed. If there is anything our team can do to make HashiConf more accessible or inclusive, please let us know!If you have any questions, you may reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
