November 2021 unter dem Motto “Open for Discussion” statt - organisiert vom Hochschulforum Digitalisierung (HFD) und der Stiftung Innovation in der Hochschullehre (StIL).Das University:Future Festival hat den Anspruch, das größte und relevanteste Event zur Hochschulbildung im digitalen Zeitalter zu werden. 2020 erstmals durchgeführt, hat es sich als zentrale Veranstaltung zur Hochschulbildung im digitalen Zeitalter positioniert. Die große Resonanz zeigt: Es braucht diese Form von Austauschformaten. In drei Corona-Semestern haben wir vieles gelernt. Jetzt ist die Zeit gekommen, die Weichen für die Zukunft der Hochschulen zu stellen. Deshalb geht das Festival nun in die zweite Runde. An drei Tagen im November kommen über tausend Menschen digital zusammen, um über Themen wie hybrides Lernen, Diversität, Künstliche Intelligenz und Future Skills zu diskutieren. Das Festival richtet sich an alle, die sich mit Gegenwart und Zukunft akademischer Bildung beschäftigen: Lehrende, Hochschulleitungen und Studierende; Aktivist*innen und Repräsentant*innen aus Politik und Verwaltung; Zivilgesellschaft und Hochschulbeschäftige; Künstler*innen und Wissenschaftler*innen; EdTech-Gründer*innen und Presse. Durch ein in vielen Bereichen bilinguales Programm (deutsch und englisch) öffnet sich das Festival sowohl für nationale Besucher*innen als auch für Gäste aus dem Ausland. Das University:Future Festival wird organisiert vom Hochschulforum Digitalisierung (HFD) und der Stiftung Innovation in der Hochschullehre (StIL). Unterstützt wird es durch zahlreiche Partner. Track-Partner des KI-Tracks ist der KI-Campus, die Lernplattform für Künstliche Intelligenz. Zusammen mit Künstler*innen und Kreativen wollen wir im Rahmen des Festivals einen Diskussionsraum schaffen, der Gedanken für die kreativen digitalen Lösungen im Hochschulalltag anregt und sich mit den Themen des University:Future Festivals auseinandersetzt. Das Leitmotiv dreht sich dieses Jahr um das Motto “Open for Discussion”, das für Themen wie Offenheit, Zugänglichkeit und Diskurs steht.Drei Tage lang werden die Kunstprojekte im Creative Space sichtbar und abrufbar sein. Inhaltlich sollen sich die Projekte mit der neuen digitalen Hochschulrealität befassen, oder unter den Voraussetzungen der digitalen Corona-Semester entstanden sein. Sie können in jeglicher digital denk- und umsetzbaren Form präsentiert werden, von asynchron abrufbaren Installationen und audiovisuellen Formaten bis hin zu Live-Performances. ********************* Art throws various perspectives on our reality, asks critical questions about the future and thus becomes a basis for discussion. Together with artists and creatives, we want to create a discussion space within the festival that stimulates thoughts for creative digital solutions in everyday university life and engages with the themes of the University:Future Festival. The central theme this year revolves around the motto "Open for Discussion", which stands for topics such as openness, accessibility and discourse. For three days, the art projects will be visible and accessible in the Creative Space. In terms of content, the projects should deal with the new digital university reality, or have been created under the conditions of the digital Corona semesters. They can be presented in any digitally conceivable and realizable form, from asynchronously retrievable installations and audiovisual formats to live performances.
