An introduction into regular expressions. The talk consists of short explanations and tasks. A wireless keyboard goes around and attendees are asked to solve a task. They can checkout the tasks from a GIT repository and solve them on their own computer, too.

The talk covers basic patterns and concepts. A secondary focus is on writing maintainable patterns.
