Every person who uses the word “remote” seems to have a different idea about what "remote" means. For some it means being able to work from home instead of driving to the office one day a week. For others it means they can do literally whatever they want as long as they turn in their assignments at the end of the week.

In this talk we'll cover what remote does and doesn't mean; why workers and employees might choose (or not choose) remote; and how remote, done well, can overcome some of the traditional problems companies have with hiring and employees have with working.
