As developers, we often focus most on our technical merits when we apply for a job, or set our professional development goals. There are some skills, however, that can have a bigger and a longer-lasting impact on our careers and our lives. This session talks about empathy as a concept, how to develop empathy, and how it will affect our relationships with coworkers, customers, supervisors, and family.
