So am I! Join me for copious amounts of complaining about the worst of the worst - those other people! We'll try to find a way to get them to listen to us, together. And if that doesn't work, maybe there is something we can do to be more service oriented, more... entrepreneurial.

And if even that fails, you can always become a speaker. Then they'll have to listen to you!
